We always strive to make our customers happy, but due to the hygienic nature of our items and being custom hand made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If there is a flaw in the craftsmanship of your item we will make it right.

If you encounter a problem with your order please do not hesitate to contact us so we can work toward a resolution.

We do not carry items in stock and make everything by hand when you place your order. *Please note processing and shipping times before placing your order.*

We ship United States Postal Service first class & always add a tracking # to every package. Our turn around time is listed under the shipping section of the item WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SQUAD AND LARGER QUANTITY ORDERS

*Squad order processing and shipping time can vary and will be upwards of a few weeks. Please message us if you need clarification on the shipping time or if you have any questions. 

PLEASE read processing times on listing BEFORE placing your Order. Processing time does not include shipping time. After the order has been placed and we have started to process it refunds will not be given. 

*Because we add tracking to every package, we will not be held liable for any package that is confirmed to be delivered. If you are concerned with the delivery being left outside, for a small fee we can add signature confirmation to your delivery or have it held for pick up. Please message us to discuss your options. Any order over $1,000 will have automatic signature confirmation attached to it at no charge. 

To protect ourselves and our customers we only ship to the "ship to" address on file. Please make sure this is correct or any extra costs to reship will be responsibility of the buyer.

We do our part to ensure that your packages arrives to you on time, however we do not guarantee the shipping services of any third party shipping company that we use (includes USPS, UPS, & Fed Ex). There may be circumstances (weather, politics, service delays, etc.) that are outside our control that could delay your package.  

All International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT and any other charges that the destination country may impose. All International orders are shipped via First Class International with tracking.

*International orders: We will not be held liable for any item held by customs. We are only responsible for items until they leave the USPS international shipping facility. Once any item leaves the US we are no longer responsible for said item. We add tracking to all international orders but may lose tracking once the items reaches another country. 
****No refunds will be given on any items claimed as undelivered on international orders****
